Ken and Patty Hendrickson became the proud owners of Mustard Seed Café/The Private Chef in February 2007, with great expectations for their customers, family, and friends.
Chef Ken Hendrickson has trained under some of the top chef’s in the world! His 25-year career includes Executive Chef positions at The Radisson, Waterloo IA; Fox Hills, Mishicot WI; Pepper Mill, Appleton WI; The Hilton, St. Louis MO; The Wellington Restaurant, Green Bay WI; and The Green Bay Country Club. Ken has truly earned the status as one of the premier chefs in the Midwest.
Published in numerous cookbooks, Chef Ken has competed in various Midwest venues, been featured on various television cooking shows and was chosen as the NFL Chef representing Green Bay during the Super Bowl in Minneapolis.
